These terms apply to all bookings made through this website and to all stays at properties operated by Volta Stays. By booking, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party. Please read them before you book.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and the rental agreement has been signed. The person making the booking must be a member of the party and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. At Sylvan’s Escape, the primary guest must be at least 25.
Payment and cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation. Please review them before completing your reservation. Requests to change dates are subject to availability and to the terms that applied when you booked.
The guest count on your booking is the maximum number of people permitted at the property, including children and infants. Outside guests and visitors are not permitted. Exceeding the guest count may result in your booking being ended without refund.
Our properties are private homes for families and groups staying together. They are not event venues.
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Access is by keyless entry and your door code is issued before arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability. Late check-out until 12:00pm may be available for an additional charge where there is no same-day arrival; please ask in advance.
Use of the pool and hot tub requires a signed pool and spa waiver from the primary guest. Pools are seasonal and generally open from April to October. Hot tubs are available year-round. Pool heating is available at ATL Cascade Oasis on request for an additional daily charge.
There is no lifeguard at any property. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass is permitted in pool or hot tub areas, and diving is not allowed. Use of pools, hot tubs, fire pits, sports courts, play equipment and all other amenities is entirely at your own risk.
Dogs are welcome at ATL Cascade Oasis, Sylvan’s Escape and The Agora, subject to a per-pet fee declared at the time of booking. ATL Patio Paradise does not accept pets. Undeclared pets may result in additional charges or the ending of your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by a pet.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our properties. Any breach may result in additional cleaning charges.
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during the stay. Please report any damage or maintenance issue to us promptly — we would much rather know. Charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, lost keys or breaches of these terms, as set out in your rental agreement.
We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal property, or for injury arising from use of a property and its amenities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may cancel a booking or require guests to leave without refund where these terms are breached. This includes exceeding the guest count, hosting an event, allowing outside guests, ignoring quiet hours, or any behaviour that puts the property, our team or our neighbours at risk.
If a property becomes unavailable due to events outside our control, we will offer an alternative property where one is available, or a refund. We are not responsible for related costs such as travel or event bookings.
Our properties are in residential neighbourhoods and are subject to City of Atlanta short-term rental regulations. Guests are asked to respect neighbours, parking limits and local ordinances throughout their stay.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. External security cameras may be present at entrances and driveways. There are no cameras inside any property.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
