Where you make a booking, our booking provider collects the payment details needed to process your reservation. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
If you enquire about property management, we collect the details you provide about your property along with your contact information.

External security cameras may be in place at entrances and driveways at our properties. There are no cameras inside any property, and none in any private outdoor space such as a pool area or hot tub. Footage is used only for property security.
Our properties use external noise monitoring devices. These measure sound levels only. They do not record audio and they do not capture conversations.
We keep booking information for as long as we need it to manage your stay and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Children are of course very welcome to stay at our properties as part of a booking made by an adult.
