A rental agreement must be signed after booking. A valid government-issued photo ID is required and must match the primary guest listed on the reservation.

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided 3 days before arrival to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival experience.
Age Requirement
The primary guest must be at least 23 years old.
Children accompanied by parents or legal guardians are welcome.
Occupancy Limit
Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests.
For safety, insurance, and licensing purposes, only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight unless prior written approval has been provided.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Pet fee: $115 per pet, per stay.
The complete pet policy will be provided as part of the rental agreement.
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for guests and to be respectful of our neighbors, we ask that all guests observe the following rules:
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home or on the property
• A $500 fee will be assessed for smoking inside the home
• Fireworks and the discharge of firearms are strictly prohibited
• Please observe quiet hours and be considerate of neighboring residents
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges
Serious violations of house rules, occupancy limits, or local regulations may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies.
Security & Privacy
For the safety and security of guests and the property, exterior security cameras record 24/7 in accordance with Airbnb policies and local regulations.
Cameras are located outside the home only:
• Front door (Ring doorbell)
• Driveway
• Backyard
There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
Tampering with, disabling, or covering security equipment may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
This home follows Airbnb's Moderate Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in
• If cancelled within 5 days of check-in, the first night is non-refundable and the remaining nights are 50% refundable
• No refunds for unused nights after check-in
